Card Wallet (Membership Card Note) is a focused ledger for membership cards: stored value, remaining balance, punch counts and expiry. The barbershop card, the gym card, the milk-tea card, the virtual membership buried in some mini program — every "invisible card" in your phone finally lives in one place.
We top up everything — and forget all of it
In an age where everything can be topped up, the annoyance is always the same: to get a discount we open one card at the barbershop, another at the gym, a third at the bakery, a fourth at the milk-tea shop. Add the virtual memberships scattered across mini programs and apps, and your phone quietly fills up with invisible cards. You remember them when you use them; the rest sit in a corner of time like forgotten coins — and you only notice on the day the balance expires.
Card Wallet exists for exactly that. It is a minimal, uncompromising membership tool: it takes the invisible value scattered around and puts it back in your hand — what each card is worth, how many visits are left, and which ones are about to expire.
Four things that decide whether a tool is worth keeping
Card Wallet does not connect to the internet. Everything is stored encrypted on your phone — no cloud upload, no account, no ads. Just the tool.
Local-first does not mean disposable. iCloud backup and restore bring every card, balance and record back on a new device in a couple of taps.
No more digging through drawers for a card. Cards close to expiry and accounts that have sat idle for months get highlighted before the money is gone.
Stored value (a restaurant card), punch counts (class packs), merchant points, unlimited passes — all fit. 20 themes make bookkeeping feel less like bookkeeping.
For people who track a lot of cards — optional, never required
Everything you need for daily card bookkeeping, nothing you do not
Three things people ask before installing
No. Data is stored locally and can be backed up to iCloud — restore on the new device and everything is back. Nothing is uploaded to our servers because there are no servers holding your card data.
No. Creating cards, recording top-ups and spending, expiry reminders and themes are all usable for free. The subscription only removes the card-count limit and adds analytics and exclusive themes.
Stored-value cards (a restaurant card with ¥300 left), punch cards (10 classes, 3 used), unlimited passes, merchant points and subscriptions. If a card has a balance, a count or an expiry date, it fits.
Download the app and put your cards in order in ten minutes. If anything is unclear — data migration, subscription, a card type that does not fit — talk to us first, we will tell you honestly whether the app suits your case.
